What we can help with
- Corrections. Spotted a factual error, broken link, outdated price, or misleading claim? We want to know. We'll fix verified issues quickly and note significant changes in the article.
- Topic suggestions. If a question keeps nagging at you and we haven't answered it, tell us. Many of our best articles started as reader questions.
- Device recommendations. Have a budget and a goal but can't decide between two devices? Drop us a note. We don't always have time to reply individually, but reader patterns often shape our buying guides.

What we cannot help with
- Medical advice. We are not a medical practice. Please don't ask us whether you should use red light therapy for a specific condition, or whether to combine it with prescription medication. Talk to your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider for that.
- Customer service for devices. If a product you bought through our site has issues, please contact the seller directly (Amazon, manufacturer, etc.). We're not the manufacturer and cannot process returns, refunds, or warranty claims.
